Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Yellow Wednesday (Buda Palguna 14). At 5:51 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. The day was nice, blue sky with scrambled clouds. I reached 6,67km in 1:10:38 or pace 10'36". The average heart rate was 118bpm, the average cadence 140spm, and the fat burning was 616kcal.

When I reached home Nuri was just leaving to accompany Aishalina going to her kindergarten. This day she joined a face to face class. Nuri would just drop her there and at 9:10 she would fetched her back.

After dhuhur time I settled 2 jobs. The first was wiping and mopping the floor. It had been no mopping since we went to Singaraja visiting Rahutama. After mopping I did the second job, washing the car. It had been dirty for along time. I put in in a washing car shop on Jalan Pamularsih. I spent Rp40.000 to get the car clean.

About dhuhur time I received a parcel of coffee sent by Adita. I then made a glass of coffee at about ashr time.
