At 9:00 I went to Bambang's workshop to check the car AC, he suggested to come to an AC workshop. So, I went to Stona AC Workshop on Jalan Beringin. There was long line but I got the workshop owner checking the AC. AFter about 30minutes of checking he suggested me to bring the car to the official workshop. I went back home.
At 15:42 I ran along canal side walk, Jalan Basudewo, and Jalan Bulustalan. It was sunny. I reached 6,66km in 1:18:24minutes or pace of 11:45minutes per km. The average heart rate was 121bpm, the average cadence was 140spm, and the fat burning was 740kcal.
