Accompanying a Guest

It is Sunday. The Loving Sunday (Ahad Kliwon 13). At 6:50 I ran along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was cloudy. I reached 6,67km in 1:18:00hours or pace of 11:40minutes per km. The average heart rate was 124bpm, the average cadence was 141spm, and the fat burning was 762kcal.

At 11:10 I went to Fastclean Carwash station to wash the car but they refuse to serve because it was the break time. So, I went to ADCl Carwash station. I was long time to wash the car but I was satisfied. The cost was Rp50.000.

At 19:00 I picked Soekmana from RedDoorz City Park on Jalan Medoho to Nglaras Rasa Resto on Jalan MT Haryono. We had dinner and chats there. I then drove aroun town before dropping him at the hotel. Soekmana was my colleauge both in the Public Works Ministry and Master Program in The University of Manitoba.
