Rahutama Coming

It is Sunday. The Red Sunday. In the morning at 6:18 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was sunny. I reached 6,67km in 1:09:35hour or pace of 0:10:25hour per km. The average heart rate was 120bpm, the average cadence was 138spm, and the fat burning was 620kcal. After running I bought bothok (smashed coconut in banana leaf) in Puspanjolo street market.

After having a break for a while I washed my dirty clothes. The day was promising, hot sunny, so after dhuhur time almost all were dried.

After washing I wiped and mopped the floor. Rahutama, Anjar, and Dhiratama would come this evening so we needed to prepare good space for them. Meanwhile, Nuri went out to buy some things to facilitate them. She also made the room for them tidy.

After maghrib time I iron my just washed clothes till all done.

In the evening at 21:30 Rahutama and the gang arrived. They chose the rute of Surabaya, Lamongan, Tuban, Rembang, Pati, Kudus, and Demak.
