Going to Cirebon

It is Thursday. The Black Thursday (Kamis Wage 12). In the morning at 6:20 I was accompanied by Nuri going to Tawang Station. Nuri just dropped me there, I printed the boarding pass then waited for Retnobroto. At 7:35 I met her and we got on board, coach 4 seat 8C and 8D. At 7:54 Menoreh Coach departed for Cirebon. It was a minute earlier.

The train stopped by at almost every station to pick up and drop passengers. At we stopped at 8:30 at Weleri Station, at 9:06 Batang, At 9:17 Pekalongan, at 9:45 Pemakang, at 10:14 Tegal, at 10:31 Brebes, and finally at 11:17 Cirebon Perujakan where I, Retnobroto, and Henni got off. Henni got on at Tegal Station for joining us.

After going in the rest room for a while we exited the platform area. At the exit gate we met Tri Heryanto that just arrived. He came to Cirebon from Bandung by a travel microbus. We in 4 were in waiting space for waiting for Kanti Andiani and Risnawati.

At about 12:00 Kanti and Risnawati arrived. They used Darmawangsa Coach departed from Pasarsenen Station. By a Gojek car we went to Hotel Citradream. We checked in the Citradream Hotel on Jalan Tjiptomangoenkoesoemo No. 6. We then waited for Kanti's colleague named It. Amid the waiting I went to Cirebon Super Block Mall to get a BCA ATM and drew some money. When I arrived at the hotel again the group was ready to go. Ita provided us a Hunday Stargazer car along with the driver named Lutfi.

We then directly went to Aranika Eatery in Cisantana Cigugur, Kuningan Regency. The travel time was about 90minute. Aranika Eatery was a point of interest located in Ciremai Vulcano slope. Some restorants were there to provide various foods and sceneries for selfie. The main restorant was a big building in Japanese style. We had some food in a small restorant that served good food and coffee. We also paid our praying in a musala nearby. Before leaving we went to the main restorant just to make some pictures.

At 17:15 we arrived at Linggarjati Agreement Museum in Linggasana Cilimus. It was a building used to managed negotiaton between a new independent Indonesia government and former Dutch colonial government. Many relics and pictures were displayed there. The museum should be closing at 15:00 but a kind employee named Iwan guided me and Tri Heryanto along the room train. He performed a good guidance. After making some pictures outside the building we left and joined the group.

We went to Cirebon. We arived on Pecinan Street after maghrib time. Jalan Pecinan Cirebon was name for the street foods. We tasted 2 kinds of the food: siumai and sate kalong. Sate kalong was made of beef and buffalo meat. I only tasted the siumai. After being there for about 30 minute we went to the hotel.

At about 19:30 we arrived at the hotel. We got 3 rooms: room 706 for me and Tri Heryanto, room 707 for Kanti and Risna, and room 708 for Retnobroto and Henni.
