Being at Home

It is Monday. The Red Monday (Senin Paing 13). In the morning I washed my dirty clothes. The day was not promising, it was cloudy and sunny alternately. However, by managing the sun drying they were dried in the afternoon. I was at home almost all the day. Aishalina was reportedly ill. She was absent from her school.

In the afternoon at 16:00 I walked nordicly on Jalan Suyudono, Jalan Soegijopranota, Jalan Basudewo, Jalan Puspanjolo Selatan, and Jalan Pamularsih I. It was dark cloudy. I reached 6,9km in 1:19:21hour or speed of 5,22km per hour. The average heart rate was 118bpm, the average cadence was 111spm, and the fat burning was 689kcal. Amid walking I stopped by at a warung Tegal on Jalan Suyudono for late lunch.
