Going to Kintamani

It is Friday. The Red Friday (Sukra Jenar 26). I, Nuri, Anjar, and Dhiratama were at home, Rahutama went to his office to join a team examining students. It was raining at about dhuhur time so I did not joined congrational prayer.

At about 14:30 we in 5 went to Kintamani a tourist spot in Bangli Regency. However, stopped by at some places in Singaraja. We stopped at Hollands Bakery to give Nuri chance shopping breads. We then went to Undiksha campus to dump our garbage. We then went to SPBU Pertamina 54.811.02 Banyuasri to add fuel and then picked Nuri up at the bakery. We stopped again at Clandy's Mart in Kampungbaru for buying bread and tooth brush. In Penarukan area we faced a traffic congested. There was fire ruining a shop. About 45minute was spent here. Finally, at 18:00 we arrived at the lodge named Kintamani Cabins in Batur Selatan Kintamani, Bangli Regency.

The cabins is located inside Batur Caldera. It is said that there was a big eruption of Old Batur Volcano thousand years ago. The eruption made a caldera of about 100km2 that now named Batur Caldera. Inside the caldera emerged a small volcano named Batur Volcano. Beside a volcano, there was a lake named Lake Batur inside the caldera. The caldera nowaday is a tourist destination. Lodges and hotels were built there. The central government built a road surrounding the volcano and lodge and hotels are located along the corridor.
