Joining Nordic Walking

It is Tuesday. The Yellow Tuesday (Anggara Palguna 10). In the morning at 7:30 I joined Nordic Walking along perimeter road of Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah in Sambirejo Gayamsari. There was a graduation in the Masjid Agung Hall and the south parking area was used by the graduates and their families. So, the walking participants parked their car on the north perimeter road and gathered the north yard. I parked my car in the east parking area. I met Zaenal Achmad, Widodo Mauladi, Sudirman, Suhartono, Nugroho Agus, etc. They came along with their spouses. I walked 3 times tracing perimeter road. At 9:15 I left the venue.

At 15:36 I run along the canal side walk. I reached 6,65km in 1:16:31hour so the pace was 0:11:30hour per km. The average heart rate was 109bpm, the average cadence was 130spm, and the fat burning was 545kcal.
