Applying a Driving License

It is Thursday. The Yellow Thursday (Respati Palguna 15). At 7:50 I and Nuri went to a driving license issuing stand on Jalan MT Haryono. Nuri would extend the validity period of her driving license since hers had been expired on the last October 14th. The officer told her that extention could not be performed because it was expired.
