Being at Home

It is Wednesday. The Red Wednesday (Buda Jenar 16). I was got off at Kalibanteng Flyover area at 1:40. Nuri came to pick me up 15minutes later. I arrived at home at about 2:00. After cleaning myself I slept. In the morning I continued sleeping after dawn praying.

At about 10:00 I hanged my clothes I had bought back from Cigombong for more drying because I wondered they were humid.

At 16:09 I run along canal side walk. It was clear sky. I reached 6,67km in 1:16:52hour or pace of 0:11:31hour per km. The average heart rate was 110bpm, the average cadence was 136spm, and the fat burning was 600kcal.
