Another Bus Ticket

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Respati Kasih 16). It was the day eighth of Ramadan. I and Nuri still maintain having early breakfast. After praying we slept again.

In the morning Nuri went to William Booth Hospital to see an ophthalmologist. It was a transferred treatment from Puskesmas Pandanaran. I was still at home and browsing in front of the computer.

Before dhuhur time I went to Haryanto Bus agent in Krapyak area. I got a ticket to Ciawi at Rp260.000.

At 16:18 I run along canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,65km in 1:15:48hour or pace 0:11:23hour per km. The average heart rate was 116bpm, the average cadence was 134spm, and the fat burning was 634kcal.

In the evening I recited Quran Surah Yasin.
