Being At Home

It is Sunday. The Loving Sunday (Radite Kasih 13). At 5:55 I run along canal sidewalk. It was sunny. I reached 6,67km in 1:11:14hours or pace 10'40". The average heart rate was 118bpm, the average cadence was 138spm, and the fat burning was 622kcal.

After having a break and showering I washed my dirty clothes. The day was sunny but clouds scattered. Fortunately, they were all dried in the afternoon.

In the evening I joined semaan (the tradition of reading, scrutinizing and listening to the recitation of the Koran). The participants were Aswati, Djoko Martianto, Dwihati Lukitaningsih, Endianto Masseh, Minuk Suhendrayati, Nurul Safariah, Sri Susimastuti, Widayadi. Ustaz Ihyaudin was absent so we just ricited surahs Ad Duha, Al Insyirah, and At Tin.
