Being at Home

It is Wednesday. The Loving Wednesday (Rabu Kliwon). I woke up late at 07:00. At 08:00 I trained running at West Floodcanal side walk. My weight was 68.4kg. I set the cadence to 165. I reached 4km in 59:17 minutes and the heart rate was 116. It was worse than that of yesterday. The fat burning was 508kcal.

In the afternoon I and Rahutama went out. We went to PFU Pamularsih to withdraw money from BCA ATM. I could not do it because the ATM was out of order. Then, we went to Virgin Bakery nearby to shop snacks. We continued going to Warung Senggol Bu Lin. We found it was full of customers so we went to Warung Bu Fat. We had late lunch there enjoying mangut dish. We spent Rp102.000. Finally, we went to Blintzar Computer to take the desktop computer. It was fixed. The cost was Rp265.000 with the detail as follows Power Supply SPC 350watt Rp150.000, Fan Case Alseye Dringer AR GB, and installing service charge Rp15.000.

Just after maghrib time Anindya came by to pass her lunch box.
