Being at Home

It is Saturday. The Loving Saturday (Sabtu Kliwon). In the morning at 06:00 I went to Trilomba Juang Stadium to practiced running. I reached 5km at 1:14:30. The average beat rate 118.

At home I washed my clothes.

At 10:00 I joined zoom video conference hosted by Bambang Purwoko. The participants were Adri, Endianto, Susilo Tjahjaningsih, Anna, Hariarti, Unandari, Kusumastuti, and Seta.

By maghrib time I ironed the clothes.
