Being at Home

It is Thursday. The Loving Thursday (Kamis Kliwon). I practiced running 5km at West Floodcanal sidewalk. I maintained the heart rate 120 or below. If the HR came high I would run slower. If the HR was still high I would go walking. I reached 5km in 1:12:26 hours. The average HR was 116, cadence was 118, and fat burning was 606.

At 09:15 I went to kelurahan office to apply a paper of origin. The clerk asked me to attach RT recommendation. I asked Rahutama to help me getting it then we went to the office again. Another clerk then asked me to attach a rapid Covid19 test. So, we went to Cito for the test. It costed Rp395.000. The test then stated my blood sample was not reactive. I gave the report to the office at 14:30. A moment later the paper of origin statement was issued.

In the evening I applied an enter permit to PG of Jakarta electronically. The paper of origin was one of many attachments.
