The day was sunny. Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompany the children joining their classes. She came back home at about 11:00.
I did not joined Friday congrational prayer because of the Covid-19. The Omicron variant was now spreading quickly. I was better at home than being in a crowd.
At 15:54 I walked along the streets of Puspanjolo Selatan, Suyudono, Lemahgempal, Sutomo, Pemuda, Depok, Gajahmada, Pemuda, Aloon-aloon Barat, Pedamaran, Lombok Barat, Inspeksi, Sendowo, Suari, Suprapto, and Imam Bonjol. I stopped at a bus stop in front of Poncol Railway Station. I reached 6,99km in 1:37:44hours or pace 13'58". The average heart rate was 88bpm, the average cadence was 107spm, and fat burning was 505kcal.
In the mid of walking, I watched Aloon-aloon Kauman (prime mosque square), Djohar Market, and Kanjengan area that had been revitalized by Ministry of Public Works and Housing. I found that the square was crowded by children playing happily. I thought the revitalization of the square was successful. The market was filled partly. Kanjengan building was the same.
