Being At Home

The average heart rate was 114bps, the average cadence was 136spm, and the fat burning was 601kcal. After running I walked on the same street for 1km. So, in this month I reached 100km of running and 50km of walking.

After having a break and showering I washed my clothes. Nuri just finished her washing so I hanged my clothes for drying after her clothes were partly dried. Though cloudy in the morning fortunately it was sunny after that. My clothes were dried in the afternoon.

In the eveing I and Nuri bought fried chicken in Gama kiosk at takeaway mode. It located on Jalan Imam Bonjol. We used the stuff for our dinner.
