Joining Qigong

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Anggara Kasih 11). At 6:10 I joined qigong in the temple hall. I came to the venue as the first, later Boenmiauw (廖文茂) came. We practiced pengqi guanding and sanxin zhuang. When we practicing Lie Lietjen (李丽珍) and his husband Theng Tiongling (汤重宁) came. Liauw Sioeling (廖秀玲), Andhyk, and Laoshi Bambang Hartono (Ong Hian-gie 王贤义) then were joining. After the session we discussed what we had done.

When I was home, Nuri was away. She went to Anindya's house to accompany the children. Dastan was joining his class virtually while Aishalina joined her class actually, face to face. Nuri was asked to fetch her from her class, Al Azhar Kindergarten, Kalibanteng.

I slept before showering. I am usually sleepy in the time of about 09:00.

At 5:43 I run along side walk of West Floodcanal. It was cloudy. I reached 6,66km in 1:10:36hours or pace 10'35". The average heart rate was 122bpm, the average cadence was 140spm, ad the fat burning was 546kcal. I then walked for 1km on the same street.
