Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The Loving Monday (Soma Kasih 12). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. Melanie 廖梅兰 was in when I arrived there. Boenmiau 廖文茂 and Andhy came later. We practiced pengqi guanding 捧气贯顶 and san xin bing zhan zhuang 三心并站庄. Before leaving the venue we were involved in a social chat.

Nuri went to Anindya's house to accompanied Dastan joining his class virtually. At 09:30 She came home and went out to fetch Aishalina. She joined her class actually. I used her absence at home by ironing my clothes and mopping the floor.

After dhuhur time she went to Ada Supermarket to shop monthly stuff. I was at home sleeping.

After maghrib time I and Nuri dined in Basilia Kitchen. It was an anniversary dinner. The evening was nice without raining or drizzle. There were few people in the kitchen so we enjoyed our dinner peacefully.
