Being At Home

I ordered dried shrimps 250g (Rp59.280 + delivery cost of Rp20.000) and a laser water levelling (Rp55.000 + delivery cost of Rp15.500) using Shopee application. Nuri went out to withdraw money and to buy snacks. I was still at home.

This afternoon I supposed to joine a virtual meeting but the it was postponed. I asked Hanny to join it previously but she gave up. She quited from the team.

In the afternoon at 15:48 I run and walked along the canal side walk. I reached 6,66km in 1:16:14hours or pace 11'26". The average heart rate was 115, the average cadence was 128, and the fat burning was 624.

In Central Java, the cummulative case was 280.830 (4.232) number 3 after Jakarta and West Java.
