Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Yellow-7 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pon 10). I was still at home. In the morning I gardened for a while, removing weeds from a small area of the front yard.

About dhuhur time Nuri went out to buy several kinds of stuff. One of them was mask brackets. Nuri bought a box containt of 2 pieces.

In the afternoon at 15:36 I run along Jalan Bojongsalaman, Jalan Basudewo, and west flood canal's side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:17:31hours or pace 11'37". The average heart rate was 119, the average cadence was 135, and the fat burning was 678.

Cited from BNPB's tweet, the cummulative Covid-19 cases in Indonesia was 2.345.018 (today's new case was 31.189), death toll 61.868 (728). In Central Java, the cummulative case was 272.775 (4.048) number 3 after Jakarta and West Java. The death toll was 11.655 (232), the cummulative is number 2 after East Java but the increment is number 1.
