Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Black-4 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Wage 7). In the morning at 06:15 I run dan occasionally walked along canal side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:16:17hours or pace 11'25". The average heart rate was 110, the average cadence was 123, and the fat burning was 584.

Nuri again went to Anindya's house to be with the children. She brought also beads would be assembled there. I used her absence to wipe and mop the floor.

In the afternoon I gardened. I still took weeds away.

After maghrib Anindya came by. She just dropped cookies for us.

In Central Java, the cummulative case was 363.288 (5.187) number 3 after Jakarta and West Java. The death toll was 17.084 (417), the cummulative was number 2 after East Java but the increment was number 1.
