I reached 7,00km in 1:19:24hours or speed was 5,29km. The average 106, the average cadence was 105, and the fat burning was 571.

After having breakfast I washed my clothes. The was promising, although I hanged them at 11:30 they were dried in the afternoon.

In the afternoon I gardened by removing weeds from the frontyard.

In Central Java, the cummulative case was 354.080 (3.765) number 3 after Jakarta and West Java. The death toll was 16.814 (264), the cummulative was number 2 after East Java but the increment was number one.
