Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Red-9 Wednesday-8 (Kamis Pahing 17). I was still at home. Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with Dastan and Aishalina joining their class virtually.

In the afternoon at 15:40 I run along the canal side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:19:02hours or pace 11'50". The average heart rate was 118, the average cadence 135 (although I kept following metronome at 151), and the fat burning was 676.

After maghrib time Anindya came to pass her lunch box. She would not eat it because there was a baked fish inside. I and Nuri dined with stuff inside box.

Cited from BNPB's tweet, the cummulative Covid-19 cases in Indonesia was 2.726.803 (today's new case was 56.757), death toll 70.192 (982). In Central Java, the cummulative case was 307.221 (4.360) number 3 after Jakarta and West Java. The death toll was 13.716 (239), the cummulative is number 2 after East Java but the increment is number 1.
