Being At Home

It is Wednesday. The Sweet-5 Wednesday-7 (Rabu Legi 12). It is the day 16th of the PPKM-Darurat (issuing of emergency public activity restriction). I was still at home.

In the morning Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with children joining their class virtually. I used her absent to do household work. I was wiping and mopping the floor.

In the afternoon at 16:03 I run along the canal side walk. I reached 6,67km in 1:19:06hours or pace 11'51". The average heart rate was 119, the average cadence 135 (although I kept following metronome at 151), and the fat burning was 680. Meanwhile Nuri went to a veterinary to check the kitten.

Cited from BNPB's tweet, the cummulative Covid-19 cases in Indonesia was 2.670.046 (today's new case was 54.517), death toll 69.210 (991). In Central Java, the cummulative case was 302.861 (5.110) number 3 after Jakarta and West Java. The death toll was 13.477 (237), the cummulative is number 2 after East Java but the increment is number 1.
