Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Sweet-5 Thursday-8 (Kamis Legi 13). In the morning I gardened by taking away Teki weeds. The weeds always emerge because many tubers are still left after taking the weeds. Meanwhile, Nuri went to Anindya's house to be with the children joining their class virtually.

After dhuhur time Nuri went out to paid off the car tax. I ironed my clothes.

In the afternoon at 15:40 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. I went back home when I was reaching 1,99km because I felt exhausted. Ninok Yuanindra and his husband Icuk came. They told us they would go to Biak tomorrow. They had to transit in Jakarta before leaving for Biak. At home I eat dates and honey. Then, I run again. I reached 6,65km in 1:21:56hours or pace 12'18". The average heart rate was 114, the average cadence was 134, and the fat burning was 661.

In Central Java, the cummulative case was 372.489 (4.535) number 3 after Jakarta and West Java.
