Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Black-4 Thursday-8 (Kamis Wage 12). From the morning I worked on the hydraulics and sediment report. The due time was this week.

At about 10:00 Ratna came. Yuwanto dropped her. Ratna and Nuri then went out to settle some matters. The came again at about dhuhur time bringing chicken noodles. I got one pack. It was yummy. At about 13:30 Yuwanto picked her up for going back to their house.

At 15:30 I run along the canal side walk. My heart rate was going up rapidly. It reached 109 before I reached 1km. So, I dropped my pace. I reached 6km in 1:27:53 or pace 14'38". The average heart rate was 113, the average cadence was 132, and the fat burning was 702.
