In the afternoon at 16:02 I run along the canal side walk. I reached 0,62km when I felt to defecate. I went back home to do it. The I continued running along Jalan Pamularsih I. Before reaching 4km I went back to the side walk. I run along the side walk then walked to Jalan Puspanjolo Barat Raya. I stopped by at an Indomaret and Alfamaret shops to get patty dough. They did not have it.
In the evening Asri told me that Mahardi was just hospitalized due to his high blood pressure and high sugar level. She suggested me to motivate him going to exercise.
