Servicing the Car

It is Thursday. The Yellow Thursday (Respati Palguna 15). I was still at home in the morning but at 9:30 I went to Bambang's garage to get the car serviced. The car had been 6 months since the last servicing in Mei. I order him to tune up the engine and check the fluids. In waiting for the car being serviced I went to a coffee shop nearby. I spent Rp26.000 for the coffee and Rp1.120.000 for servicing.

After servicing I went to Fastclean Car Washing to wash the car but it was in the break hour. So, I refueled the car and then went to Mr. Cukur barbershop to trim my hairs. I spent Rp20.000 for hair trimming.

After having late lunch in a warung tegal on Jalan Suyudono at 16:26 I run along Jalan Bulustalan, Jalan Basudewo, and canal side walk. It was sunny then turn to cloudy. I reached 6,66km in 1:17:03hour or pace of 11:33minute per km. The average heart rate was 118bpm, the average cadence was 128spm, and the fat burning was 670kcal.
