The average heart rate was 111bpm, the average cadence was 115spm, and the fat burning was 464kcal. After stretching along with Semarang nordic walkers at 7:32 I walked again. I reched 0,76km in 10:37minute or speed of 4,30km. The average heart rate was 108spm, the average cadence was 103spm, and the fat burning was 82kcal.
At 10:00 I and Nuri went to Sendok Bebek Resto on Jalan Atmodirono to join monthly ITB wives gathering. On the way we picked up another participants, Mrs. Yeti Sudijanto. In the resto I met Zaenal, Hidayat, and Suryanto. We sat at a table separated to the wives and had our own discussion. Beside Nuri the wives were wives of Sudijanto, Zaenal, Hidayat, Suryanto, Pranoto, Suwarno, and Antono. We left the resto at about 12:30.
In the afternoon after ashr time I and Nuri went Ada Supermarket to buy doormat.
