At 15:55 I run on the run track in Trilomba Juang Stadium. It was light cloudy. The track was crowded by people jogging and walking. However, I still could run smoothly. I reached 6,66km in 1:09:25hour or pace of 10:25hour per km. The average heart rate was 126bpm, the average cadence was 137spm, and the fat burning was 674kcal.
On the way to the dormitory I stopped by at Miramor Noodles House. I bought 2 pack of mushroom chicken noodles on takeaway mode. It was Rp49.000 for all.
