Joining Nordic Walk

It is Tuesday. The Loving Tuesday (Anggara Kasih 11). In the morning at 5:59 I walked Nordicly along perimeter road of Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah in Sambirejo Gayamsari. It was sunny. I reached 5,06km in 1:00:53 hour or speed of 4,99kph. The average heart rate was 97bpm, the average cadence was 108spm, and the fat burning was 384kcal. Then I joined Semarang Nordic Club to have stretching together and at 7:42 I walked Nordicly again. I met Zaenal, Subagyo, Sudirman, etc. I reached 1,21km in 15:12 minute or speed of 4,8kph. The average heart rate was 111bpm, the average cadence was 107spm, and the fat burning was 114kcal.

After chatted with the club members I went back to the dormitory. I stopped by at a warung tegal on Jalan Suyudono to get nasi bungkus for our breakfast.

It was the day 9th of the work. The workers were 6people. The worked diligently.

In the dormitory I found that the vouchers I bought was not automatically adding electrical energy storage. I had to enter the figure tokens into the meter. I then asked the caretaker to enter them. The storage increased from 10kWh to 149kWh.

After dhuhur time I and Nuri went to Gracia Pharmacy to buy sunblock. A cup of sunblock was Rp55.000. We then went to ADA Supermarket, Bulu. Nuri bought some snacks for Dhiratama. I bought 30tab Amlodipin 5mg at Sugijopranoto Pharmacy. The price was Rp21.000. We passed Anjasmoro to get some meal but no meal insteresting. We stopped by at FAncy Bakery on Jalan Sudirman to buy bakeries. After dropping Nuri at the dormitory I went to Mr. Cukur Barbershop to get my hairs trimmed.
