Being in the Dormitory.

It was Monday. The Black Monday. In the morning at 6:10 I run along Jalan Pamularsih I. It was sunny. I reached 6,67km in 1:14:44hour or pace of 11:12minute per km. The average heart rate was 112bpm, the average cadence was 134spm, and the fat burning was 609kcal.

It was the day 8th of the work. There were 6 people worked, 2 of them came from Temanggung. It seemed that the pace of work was going better.

About ashr time I went to the barbershop in Jalan Wiratno but no barber there. I then went to Abadi Motor on Jalan MT Haryono to buy wiper blades because the installed ones were defect. I got 1 Denso couple of Rp110.000. I then went back to the dormitory.

In the evening after maghrib time I and Nuri went to a warung tegal on Jalan Suyudono to buy mixed rice. I had it for our dinner.
