Meeting

It is Tuesday. The Yellow Tuesday (Anggara Palguna 10). At 9:00 I went to IPPU Secretariat Office to join a meeting. The meeting would be a vertual meeting managed by IPPU Headquarter. I arrived at the office at 9:30. Agus Supriyanto, Mustofa Kamal, and Harsono Wuryanto came one after another.

The main person was Mustofa Kamal since he is the administrator of the membership database application, so we just accompanied him. Meeting started at 10:10 opened by Djoko Murjanto, the IPPU Chairman. He was accompanied by Djoko Mursito, a caretaker member. Djoko Muryanto was just to remind all administrator to refine membership data since many members did not show their actual conditions. The data was used to select members eligible to get alms (sedekah) in ramadhan season or gift of love in the public works day. So, eligibility is very important and and an administrator would be responsible for the process. The meeting concluded at 11:20.

Before we dismissed we had lunch in PLN canteen nearby. The purpose was to compare it to our IPPU canteen.

It is Friday. The Black Friday (Sukra Cemeng 10). In the morning I went to Jatidiri Stadium to join colleagues going to Nordic walk. I arrived there and parked the car in the parking area at 6:00. Harsono, Bambang Pudjo, Sularwati (wife), Djoko Roosmany, and Suparto came one after another. We then entered the Stadium put ourselves on the track.

We directly walked nordicly. It was 6:27. Along walking we meet other IPPU colleagues, such as Yiyi Rizal, Nani Suhartini (wife), Tri Rasiyanto, Subagyo Wardoyo, and his wife. Other acquaitences were Suwondo and Maryono, retireds of PDAM Semarang.

In the afternoon Nuri made a whatsapp phone to me. He told that Mas Andi's condition was getting worse. She also told me that Dhira's condition was not good. He had lumps in the neck and in the groin.

It is Monday. The Loving Monday (Soma Kasih 12). In the morning I joined qigong in the temple hall. When I came Melani 廖梅玲 was in. Then, Andhy and Sioeling 廖秀玲 came. Lie Soethien 李素钿 came later. We practiced pengqi guanding 捧气掼顶 and sanxin bingzhan zhuang 三心并站庄. Amid the session Laoshi Hian-gie (Bambang Hartono 王贤义). We talked about Qiyigudangfa(气意鼓荡法)。

A moment later after arriving at home I washed clothes. They almost all were dried before dhuhur time.

Gathering

It is Sunday. The Black Sunday (Radite Cemeng 9). At 9:15 I and Nuri went to the office of BPPW Jawa Tengah (Central Java Human Settlements Infrastructure Management Office) to join Temu Kangen Anggota IPPU Wilayah Jawa Tengah (Central Java Public Works Retireds Union Gathering. This was the first gathering managed by the IPPU Management. About 60 people were gathering in the Meeting Room C of the office. The showing up management were Masrianto, Bambang Pudjo Lahatyo, Mustofa Kamal, Agus Supriyanto, Wismaningsih, Mauladi Widodo, Djoko Roosmany, Djoko Mudjono, Harsono Wuryanto, Atyanto Busono, and Arus Horizon. The advisory team consisted of Suharno and Danang Atmodjo were also showing up. The showing up caretaking team were Eko Yulianto, Hanung Triyono, Arief Djatmiko, Harya Muldianto, and Kuswara.

The gathering was to introduce the IPPU Wilayah Jawa Tengah as a PUPR retired organization in Central Java. The chairman presented it superficially. Then, I did it in detail. Arus Horizon and Mustofa Kamal were explaining IPPU coed and IPPU membership application, respectively. Door prizes were distributed during the session. Gathering ended at 13:00.

It is Thursday. The Black Thursday (Respati Cemeng 12). In the morning at 5:45 I went to Jatidiri Stadium to join a nordic walking session. I had to enter through backside gate because the front gate was closed. A parking fee of Rp5000 was charged. I then joined Harsono and Zaenal on the parking yard. Masrianto, Mustofa, and Bambang Pudjo came to join one after another.

At about 7:00 we started to walk. Zaenal gave some guidance how to walk. He lent me his spare nordic sticks since my sticks had been lent to Masrianto. We walked nordicly tracing outside perimeter of the stadium 3 times. It was counted 2,51km by my Zepplife application.

Before leaving the venue we gathered on the parking yard to have beverage and snacks. Harsono served us with the stuff. His camper car he brought was full with the stuff. At 8L30 we left the venue.

At 10:00 I and Nuri went to Indah Sari Resto on Jalan MT. Haryono No.4 09-411, Jagalan Semarang Tengah, Town of Semarang to join monthly gathering of former Central Java Water Supply Project officers. We arrived first. Then Amat Yatin and spouse, Bharoto and spouce, Widodo and spouse, Surjadi and spouse, and the last couple Suprijanto and spouse. The wives sat separating from the husbands. We were involved in a social chat. It was very rare we had occation to gather completely. So, we also made pictures of us. At about 12:30 we closed the gathering and dismissed.

I and Nuri then went to Superindo Supermarket in Karangayu area for shopping fruits and vegetables. We also went to a shoes washing shop on Jalan Puspogiwang Timur to put Dastan's old shoes. However the shop closes so we went back home.

Servicing the Car

It is Wednesday. The Yellow Wednesday (Rabu Pon 14). In the morning I went to Nasmoco Workshop on Jalan Brigjen Sudiarto, Pedurungan Lor, Town of Semarang to service the car. I arrived there at 9:30. After transferring the car, the car directly went to the service both. I waited for it in the waiting room. It took long time. Although I was served with coffee and snack I got bored there. At 15:30 the service concluded. I paid Rp1. 514.058 for the service and materials. I then went back home. On the way I stopped by at warung tegal on Jalan Suyudono to have late lunch.

In the evening at 19:00 I and Nuri were picked by Anindya for going dining out. Dastan and Aishalina were along with us. We dined at Wing Lok (永乐) Resto on Jalan Letjen Suprapto in Kotalama area. I found at the venue there was a preparation for Thousands of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Great Fast Meeting (千尊观世音菩萨大斋会-Qiān zūn guānshìyīn púsà dà zhāi huì). The front yard was covered by tents. I did not see Qigong participants so I went back home.

At 10:30 I met Arus Horizon in the Secretariat Office of IPPU Central Java to tell a hired administration helper about her jobs. She is Nadira Rachma Aulia. At 9:00 I, Nuri, and Anindya went to Ada Supermarket for monthly shopping. Anindya gave us the ride. It was spaceous in the parking area when we arrived but then it was full when we were leaving. We were about an hour there.

In the evening I wiped and mopped the floor. I used the new stick with the old fiber.

Paying a Condolence Visit

It is Friday. The Yellow Friday (Sukra Palguna 13). At 10:00 Nuri dropped me at dLodeh Resto, I would join Adiati and Retnobroto paying a condolence visit. I waited for them for a while. Retnobroto came first then Adiati. At 11:00 2 ladies came to join, they were Titik and Christine. They were alumni of Magelang State Highschool class 1971. Then, we in separated cars went to the mourning house on Jalan Pleburan IV-1. It is Hariarti's big family house.

We paid our condolences to the wife and family for the passing a way of Sigit Budi Sukarto. He is Hariarti's elder brother. We were then involved in a social chat. At 11:30 I left the house leaving Adiati and Retnobroto. I went to Masjid Baitunna'im on Jalan Pleburan Raya to joined Friday congregational prayer.

They prayer started at 12:00 and finished at 12:15. The preacher reminded us that we as muslim are brother of other muslim. So, we have to be strong, we have to help each other.

After praying I went back home. A Gojek bike brought me from Taman Singosari to home.

Then Lie Lietjen (李丽珍), and her husband Theng Tiongling (汤重宁), Andhy, and Sioeling (廖秀玲) came one after another. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang. Before dismissing we chatted for about 30minute.

It was still hot this day. Though November has been coming the rain still does not come.
