Tracing Bocimi Toll Section 2, Day 2

It is Sunday. The Red Sunday (Ahad Pahing 14). At about 7:20 Hanif came to accompany me to the site. At 7:54 I started running from STA 19+980 to STA 13+450. I reached 6,65km in 1:13:49hour or pace 0:11:05hour per km. The average heart rate was 126bpm, the average cadence was 129spm, and the fat burning was 699kcal.

After running I made inspection at Ramp2 and Ramp4 side ditches. I found at Ramp2 the reinforcement had been installed. At Ramp4 the RCP was being buried.

We then went back to the guesthouse. We stopped by at Anna Laundry where I took my clothes. I spent Rp16.000 for the service.

In the guesthouse I washed my dirty underwears. The sun had left the hanging room so some of them were still wet in the afternoon.
