Meeting

It is Sunday. The Yellow Sunday (Soma Palguna 11). In the morning after dawn praying I recited Quran Surah An Nisa verses 11 to 20.

At 09:15 by a Gojek car I went to Public Works Polytechnics in Tembalang to join a meeting. The meeting was a follow-up meeting to that we managed last Friday. The other participants were Agus Supriyanto, ARus Horizon, Bambang Pudjo, Harsono Wuryanto, Masrianto, Mauladi Widodo, Mustofa Kamal. I opened the meeting at about 10:30 and ended at 13:00. We discuss planned, realization of activities in 2022 and planning in 2023 on the divisions of Member Competency and Effeciveness, Social and Health, and Institution Cooperation.

At 17:08 I run along Jalan Lemahgempal, Jalan Bulustalan, Jalan Sugijapranata, and canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,67km in 1:09:00hour or pace 0:10:20hour per km. The average heart rate was 124bpm, the average cadence was 141. and the fat burning was 550kcal.
