In the morning I hanged the humid clothes I'd washed yesterday on the front yard. However it was cloudy. At 9:00 the sun showed up for a while, it was adequate to make some clothes dried. I then ironed them. The others were still humid so I hanged them again after being ironed.
At 16:17 I run along Jalan Suyudono, Jalan Bulustalan, Jalan Soegijapranata, and canal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,67km in 1:10:05hour or pace 0:10:30hour per km. The average heart rate was 120bpm, the average cadence was 137spm, and the fat burning 628kcal. In the mid of running I stopped by at a green bean porridge on Jalan Suyudono to taste green bean porridge.
At 20:00 I joined monthly my secondary schoolmate union virtual meeting. The host was Asiwardi Gandhi. The participants were Adri Supardi, Dwi Kartika Rinie, Kusumastuti Suryaningsih, Hariarti Budi Lestari, Triana Indah Lestari, Unandari, Widarto, Widati, Widayadi, Widayanto, and Yodati
