Reciting Gathering

It is Sunday. The Black Sunday (Radite Cemeng 9). In the morning at 6:49 I walked along West Floodcanal side walk. It was sunny. I reached 6,93km in 1:21:40hours or speed 5,09kph. The average heart rate was 105bpm, the average cadence was 128spm, and the fat burning was 594kcal.

At 11:30 Anindya, Bagus, Dastan, and Aishalina picked me up for watching cinema. We went to Tentrem Mall but the XXI studios were full. So, we went to Citra Mall. At 12:45 we got in the XXI studio 1 to watch Jurassic World Dominion. The kids did not watch much, but they entertain themselved with their snacks. I did neither. I tended to be sleepy. At about 16:00 we exited. We wanted to have late lunch but it seemed the restorants were full. So we went home.

At 19:30 I joined reciting Quran gathering virtually. In the first 45minutes we used zoom application and in the remaining time we used google meet. As usual, the guide was Ihyaudin. The participants were Susi Tjahjaningsih Handajani, Sudarsono, Sri Susimastuti, Widayadi, Widarto, Triana Indah Lestari, Endianto Masseh, Arien Pinalti, Dwihati Lukitaningsih, and Widayanto.
