Meeting

It is Friday. The Black Friday (Sukra Cemeng 10). In the morning at 06:26I run along West Floodcanal side walk. It was cloudy. I reached 6,67km in 1:14:38hours or pace 11'11". The average heart rate was 108bpm, the average cadence was 129spm, and the fat burning was 569kcal.

At 12:00 I joined Friday congregational prayer in Masjid at Taqwa. Some of the jamaah were still wearing their masks. I was doing the same. On the way home I stopped by at Anindya's house. I met Bagus, Benny, Dastan, Aisha, and Bibik.

At 13:30 I joined an IPPU caretaker meeting. Beside me it was attended by Masrianto, Arus, Wahyu Kusno, Djoko Roosmany, Mustofa Kamal, Wismaningsih, Agus Supriyanto, and Bambang Pudjo. We discussed contents of the last meetings, finding and recommendation, and the first semester report.
