Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The Yellow-7 Monday-4 ( Senin Pon 11). I joined qigong in the temple hall at 06:15. Melani was in when I arrived there. Sioeling, Boenmiauw, and Andhy came later. We practiced pengqi guanding and first half of xingshen zhuang. Amid the session Laoshi Bambang (Hian-gi) came. He gave many directions after the session.

After dhuhur time I talked to Kecuk concerning the adding of information for technical recommendation. I suggested him to appeal Lilik contacting Pranoto. Pranoto has subordinates needed to give assigment going to Manado.
