Before dhuhur time I and Nuri went around. We went to Bank Mandiri Pandanaran to print our bank book. Then we went to Bank BCA Pandanaran where I printed my BCA bank book. A printer was available so I could print the book myself. The last destination was Military Museum at Tugu Muda area. Many cafes were available there. We hanged about in Rooke Cafe. They provided many nice dishes.
In the afternoon at15:49 I run and walked along west flood canal side walk, Jalan Puspanjolo Dalam, Jalan Puspanjolo Timur I, and Jalan Basudewa. I reached 6,61km in 1:20:22 hours or pace 12'09". The average heart rate was 113, the average cadence was 118, and the fat burning was 641. On the way home I stopped by at Anindya's house. Dastan followed me going home.
Dastan was playing with a katty. A few minutes later Aishalina came home. Bibik accompanied her. She joined Dastan. The two children then were happy because Nuri entertained them by teaching them making necklaces. At about 19:00 Anindya came to pick the children. She chatted with Nuri till 20:30.
