Being At Home

It is Tuesday. The Yellow-7 Tuesday-3 (Selasa Pon 10). In the morning Sutardi called me from Jakarta to remind me about my assignment to help him completing forms about the progress of IWRM program. I replied that the forms would be ready soon. I then turned on the computer and finalized my job. I directly sent 3 files to him by WA application.

After Sutardi, Suprapto also called me telling his daughter Hani being ready to help me finalizing the report for technical recommendation. I was so thankful.

In the afternoon at 14:48 I run along the west flood canal side walk, Jalan Basudewo, and Jalan Puspanjolo. After reaching 5km I walked. I reached 6,72km in 1:27:39 or pace 13'02". The average heart rate was 117, the average cadence was 128, and the fat burning was 740.
