Being In The Office

It is Monday. The Red-9 Monday-4 (Senin Pahing 13). At 06:51 I run along the housing alleys. I reached 6,62km in 01:19:37 or pace 12'00". The average heart rate was 112, the average cadence was 150, and the fat burning was 650.

At 10:30 I left the house for the office. On the way I put my clothes at the laundry shop. Then a public transpot got me in front of Bina Marga Housing. I walked to the office.

Kecuk and Rusmanto Priadi were in. Priyonggo came after dhuhur time. Dery were absent though I needed his attendance. I almost did nothing. At 15:00 I joined a virtual meeting hosted by Andi W and chaired by Jonathan G. The other participants were Kecuk Wahyudi and Satriya Z. The meeting discussing supporting documents to get technical recommendation on Girian Batupapan river relocation. At 17:00 I left the office for the house. I brought some items on my bag, so it was weigh. I would pack them for moving to Semarang. Fortunately, Priyonggo gave me a ride though I got off at intersection Cipayung Bina Marga. I continued by walking to the house.

After maghrib time I bought nasi bungkus at Mpok Marsih stall. It was showering.

This afternoon I asked Gias to accompany Fahmi having an antigen test. Fahmi had been ill since Friday afternoon.
