Being In The Office

It is Friday. The Red Friday (Jumat Pahing). In the morning at 06:30 I run along the alleys in the housing. I reached 6km in 1:25:12 hours. The average heart rate was 112, the average cadence was 149 and the fat burning was 679.

At 08:45 I left the house for the office. Kecuk gave me a ride along with Bambang and Syakban. At 08:55 we arrived at the office. Benny, Priyonggo, and Panggih came later. In the office I assisted Priyonggo to create a table of content of a report.

At 19:00 I went back to the guesthouse. Kecuk gave me a ride along with Bambang and Syakban.
