Being At Home

It is Thursday. The Yellow-7 Thursday-8 (Kamis Pon 15). In the morning I washed my clothes and hanged them for drying. At about 10:30 the clothes were mostly dried. I then ironed them. At 13:00 I finished ironing and all the clothes were tidy.

Today Anjar cooked opor ayam (a style of curry chicken). It was good. I had it for my lunch.

At 14:00 I and Rahutama went to Plaza Simpanglima to see gadgets. At a counter we enquired a xiaomi shouhuan 2 (xiaomi mi band 2) and a xiaomi shouhuan 4. The price was Rp200.000 and Rp400.000.

At 16:00 I run along the west flood canal side walk. In the first 3km I run consistently but in the remaining I run and walked alternately to maintain heart rate of below 115.
