Halalbihalal

It is Satuday. The Yellow Saturday (Tumpak Palguna 16). In the morning Pak AGus and the wife came to clear the weeds on the front yard. I and Nuri were getting ready to join a gathering.

At 9:00 we left the house for Hotel Grasia Guntur Room 1.2. We joined an IPPU gathering named Halalbihal IPPU Wilayah Jawa Tengah. It was a gathering of IPPU Central Java members to exchange forgiving. The gathering is usualy following Ied al Fitr. The gathering started at 10;00 when Surti Harsono the MC declared it. The gathering was preceded by singing national anthem Indonesia Raya.

About 80 people joined it. They were Masrianto, Mustofa, Wismaningsih, Widodo, Djoko Roosmany, Wahyu Kusno, Djoko Mudjono, Harsono, Arus Horizon, Atyanto Busono, Suharno, Danang Atmodjo, Subagyo Lukito, Mazid, Zaenal Achmad, etc. Masrianto, Suharno, and Yulius gave their speeches respectively. Yulius was representing Manager of BBWS Pemali Juana. Some doorprizes and souvernir were distributed to the participants. At 13:00 we dismissed.

At 15:38 I ran along canal side walk. Because of drizzle I continued running on Jalan Pamularsih I. I reached 9km in hours or pace of minutes per km. The average heart rate was bpm, the average cadence was spm, and the fat burning was kcal.
