Going To Jakarta

It is Tuesday. The Yellow Tuesday (Anggara Palguna 10). At 06:00 Nuri sent me to the airport. I would go to Jakarta. My flight was Lionair JT505 schedule to take off at 8:45. I came earlier to anticipate something unpredicted. The airport was little bit quiet since the traffic was not normal yet. At 8:15 I was boarding on seat 17D. At 8:45 Boeing 737-800 Lionair JT505 took off for Jakarta. The flight was smooth so at 09:43 the plane landed on Soekarno Hatta Airport of Jakarta.

The unboarding process was little bit long. I had no idea the reason. A bus trasported us to the terminal building 2. Basa Hasahatan waited for me there. At 10:15 I exited from the building to meet him. He just also arrived from Pontianak.

A Bluebird taxi then brought us to Jasa Marga Jakarta Cikampek office in Bekasi. On the way Basa told me that he was now being assigned in Kijing Seaport project in West Kalimantan. He was asked for helping Jakarta Cikampek Toll Road Lane Addition Project to handle the technical recommendation application. The recommendation was needed since the project would cross several streams. PT Wika was the contractor of the project. The assigned Rama to be the project manager. At 11:28 we arrived at the office on Jalan Teuku Umar Bekasi.

We joined a meeting to discuss the recommendation. It was chaired by Alif Setya Trikardo. The other participants were Rama Aji Ananta, Supriadi from PT Wika, Satriya Zhylullah, Priyadi, Agung HW from PMO PT JM, Hendra Nata Saputra, Amri Sanusi from PT JM Tollroad Maintenance, and virtually Gneis Setya Graha, Luthfi from PT Indec. I found that the problem was about option the owner (PT Jasa Marga) would choose, whether they would apply the recommendation or would just inform to the water resources authority. The meeting did not come to the decision. They would consider the consultation to the authority first.

At about 12:30 we dismissed. The participants would get together in Simpang Raya Resto on Jalan Sudirman Bekasi to have lunch. As usual I tasted Padangese meal. However, I just took pop chicken to accompany my rice. After having lunch the group went back to the office.

I, Basa, and Supri in one car and Satriya in other car went to the field to see the streams crossing. On the way I made a communication to Irman Ferdian, the person in charge in Citarum Water Resources management office (BBWS Citarum) texting about our intension to see him. He insisted that his office was imposing Covid-19 protocol and everything should be settled virtually. So, he suggested us to just sent the application without anya consultation in advance. Irman Ferdian was Suprapto's subordinate during his service in Water Resources dan Construction Training Center. Suprapto gave me his contact.

We visited Tarum Barat, Citarum, Tarum Utara, and Tarum Timur. Tarum Barat is an irrigation channel started from Curug Weir on Citarum River. Tarum Utara is from Walahar Weir on Citarum River, downstream of Curug Weir. Tarum Timur is from Curug Weir. Crossings on Tarum Barat and on Tarum Timur had no inspection road soh we had no access to see the spot from the inside.

After finalizing the visit at 16:25 we stopped by at PT Wika office in Sumarecon Emerald housing, Kondangjaya Kerawang Timur. I, Basa, and Supri clarify the attachments for recommendation application. I paid my dhuhur and ashr prayers on Masjid asy-Syukur in the housing area.

At 17:00 we left the office for Jakarta. Awing and Hendri accompanied us. It was heavy traffic on the toll road. Basa got off at Park Hotel Cawang. I arrived at Gambir Station at 18:30. I thanked Hendri and Awing and got off.

I was late to get Sembrani Coachs which would depart at 19:00 because it disappeared from the application. So I grabbed the Argo Bromo Anggrek Coachs that would depart at 20:30. I had enough time to get relaxed. I used it to have a bowl of Bakmi Gajahmada and pay my maghrib and isha prayers. At 20:20 I got on board and at 20:35 the train departed for Semarang. At 22:58 the train stopped by at Cirebon Kejaksan Station.
