Joining Qigong

It is Monday. The Black-4 Monday-4 (Senin Wage 8). At 06:30 I joined qigong in the temple hall. When I arrived the session was just starting. Moylin（廖梅琳）and Boenmiauw (廖文茂). Sioeling (廖秀玲) came in the same time with me. Andhy came later. In the mid of the session Laoshi Bambang Hartono (王贤义) came by. He just treated Sioeling for recovery. We practiced pengqi guanding (捧气贯顶) and first half of xingshen zhuang (形神庄).

It was slightly cloudy but Nuri washed the clothes. The sun showed up in a short time then hid again. The clothes was partly dry in the afternoon.
