Being In The Office

It is Saturday. The Yellow-7 Saturday-9 (SAbtu Pon 16). In the morning at 08:08 I run along the housing alleys. I reached 6.15km in 1:13:05 or pace 11:52. The average heart rate was 123. The average cadence 151, and the fat burning was 692. On the way to the house I bought nasi bungkus at Warung Tegal Satuhati for my breakfast.

At 10:15 I went to the office along with Bambang and Syakban. Bambang ordered a Grabcar to get us there.

In the office I finalized analysis of retention ponds performance. I shared the report in the group. Kecuk shared it to Anang.

At 15:00 I walked back to the house. It was cloudy along the walk. A moment after I was in the house a light showering came.

At 17:20 I went to Mpok Marsih food stall to buy nasi bungkus. It was still cloudy during going there and back to the guesthouse.
