Being In The Office

It is Thursday. The Black-4 Thursday-8 (Kamis Wage 12). In the morning at 05:44 I run along the housing alleys. I reached 6km in 01:16:08 hours or pace 12'40". The average heart rate was 112. the average cadence 150, and the fat burning was 615. On the way to the house I bought nasi bungkus at Warung Tegal Satuhati for my breakfast.

At 08:50 I was a passanger in Kecuk's car going to the office along with Bambang and Syakban. At arriving at the office I phoned Edy Kusnanto to know the news from him. He phoned me before but then hanged up because I was jogging. I talked to him for about 30 minutes.

I was doing nothing in the office. I just browsing youtube and facebook. By maghrib time Priyonggo and Faras Wika came. They just joined a meeting and would follow up the minutes. Priyonggo passed a hat from Basa to me.

After maghrib praying I went back to the guesthouse. On the way I shopped bananas and crackers at Alfamidi shop. I also bought nasi bungkus at Mpok Marsih stall for my dinner.
